Jag har elak träningsvärk i ljumskar och ena vaden och känner mig 65 år gammal.
Men trots det alltså..cykelsugen!
Det är nu nästan offseason för lycra och prologhostor på asfalt,offseason för TT i kroppsstrumpor och fjantiga plasthattar,offseason för gnäll i klungor och taktiksnack och dåliga skämt medan man lägger blöjan på plats emellan skinkorna innan start.
Det är CX säsong och det är jävligt mycket höst emellanåt.
I lördags morse tog jag min singlefierade gamla Giant mtb och drog ner till Gamla torget i Kungälv och tänkte mig en trevlig dag, lite svett och någon skojspurt, men mest klunga runt och njuta.
Det blev tillslut en helt fantastisk dag!,jävligt mycket svett och mjölksyra och kramper och till och med lite blodsmak..
Horn i pannan med glimten i ögat och spurter och lite taktik och trevligt folk och ett imponerande upplägg och logistik och...vilka etappvägar/stigar dom hittat!
Det blev slutligen en andra plats totalt efter hårde Olof Åström ifrån Ck Master med Pierre Stjernman Ck Master på tredje.
Efter målgång,belöningen med dusch, och sen satte jag mig vid ett bord och fick ganska snabbt i mig för många öl innan maten.
Nu slutade ju dock även det sista " äventyret" för dagen lyckligt då jag undvek att blada till det så där vansinnigt tokigt.. :)
